Cecile has been a active mortgage lending professional in South Florida since 1985. Prior to establishing Mortgage Results of Florida, Inc., Cecile and Charles were most recently associated with a respected South Florida real estate firm where, as Managing Partners of the Mortgage Company, they developed a full service in house mortgage brokerage business serving over 120 Realtor associates. In the early to mid 90's Cecile, as Senior Loan Officer, with another respected mortgage company was consistently one of the company's highest producers-attaining "Broker of the Month" on numerous occasions. Over her many years in the business, Cecile has developed and nurtured many a valued relationship with countless lenders and related businesses. Time and again, Ceclie has been able to utilize these close-working relationships to gain lender approval for more marginal borrowers, to expedite closings, or to obtain more competitive rates and terms. Cecile has been instrumental in saving commissions on deals that, without her able input and assistance, simply would not have occurred.

Before entering the mortgage profession, Cecile earned an Arts Degree in Psychology during her 15 years at Eastern Airlines, she served in positions of responsibility for both Operations and Direct Sales. While at Eastern, Cecile was awarded "Agent of the Month" at the Miami International Airport. Cecile has also been an accomplished legal secretary, in demand by several major Dade County law firms.

A native of Quito, Ecuador, South America, Cecile is fluent in both English and Spanish. Coupling her language skills and family of foreign customs with her mortgage financing knowledge, Cecile has been particularly successful in procuring and closing loans for numerous foreign nationals, including, among others from South and Central America, Russia, England, Germany, Canada, and South America.
