Prior to establishing Mortgage Results of Florida, Inc., Charles and Cecile were most recently associated with a respected South Florida real estate firm where, as Managing Partners of the Mortgage Company, they established a full-service in-house mortgage brokerage business serving over 120 Realtor associates. Earlier in the mid 90's Charles was a mortgage consultant with another Boca Raton-based lender where, in addition to specializing in moderate to upper end single-family residences, he was effective in broadening the firm's commercial lender relationships.

Before entering the mortgage profession in 1994, Charles provided independent Property/Asset Management advisory services to a number of institutional property owners and investors, including, MONY Real Estate, Colonial Properties, and Savitar Advisors. Active in the commercial real estate industry (both in South Florida and nationally) since 1975, Charles' previous positions include Vice President of troubled Real Estate for National Life Insurance of Vermont, Asset Director for the Citadel Group of Atlanta, Director of Property Management for Hollywood, Inc. in South Broward and the Satter Companies of Palm Beach County and Building Manager/REO Administrator for First Federal of Broward (subsequently Glendale).

Holding several professionally recognized Real Estate Asset designations (from IREM, BOMA, and ICSC), Charles has been active in such organizations PACs and has taught and spoken at various Board of Realtors and other industry functions, as well as having several articles published in related trade journals.

Also a licensed real estate broker since 1978. Charles knows well the needs of the real estate community and often offers helpful advice and assistance to sales associates.
